Order Fulfillment Pricing (Pick + Pack + Label)
A- Picking Fee (Per Order)
- First pick (first SKU / first unit): $2.00 – $3.50
- Additional pick (each extra unit): $0.40 – $1.25 per unit
B- Packing Fee (Per Order)
- Standard packing: $0.75 – $1.75 per order
- Fragile / beauty-safe packing (bubble wrap, extra protection):+$0.50 – $1.50 per order
- Oversized / heavy handling: Custom quote (based on weight + packaging needs)
C- Label + Documentation
- Shipping label print & apply: Included
- Packing slip / custom insert placement: $0.10 – $0.30 each insert (or included in kitting packages)
Shipping Fees (Carrier-Paid, Pass-Through)
Shipping is NOT a flat fee — it is calculated based on:
- PR & influencer boxes
- Destination ZIP code
- Service speed (Ground / 2-day / Overnight)
- Carrier selected (USPS / UPS / FedEx)
✅ You pay real carrier rates (discounted when available).
Optional handling add-ons:
- Address correction support: carrier charge + $2 handling
- International paperwork handling: carrier charge + handling (quoted)
Storage Fees (Cubic Feet Based)
A- Standard Storage (Billed Monthly)
- Starting from $0.03 per cubic ft / day
B- Climate-Controlled Storage (Add-On)
- +15% surcharge (recommended for skincare, cosmetics, temperature-sensitive goods)
C- How Pallets Fit Into Cubic Feet (Clear Answer)
- 4-ft tall pallet: ~53.3 cu ft
- 5-ft tall pallet: ~66.7 cu ft
- 6-ft tall pallet: ~80.0 cu ft
“Pallets are billed by cubic feet based on measured pallet dimensions (48x40 footprint, height varies).”
“Any pallet stored is billed at a minimum of 50 cu ft.”
This keeps pricing fair for heavy/space products like flooring, cabinets, large cartons.
Receiving Inventory (Inbound)
- Carton receiving: $3 – $6 per carton
- Pallet receiving (standard): $30 – $50 per pallet
- Floor-loaded / non-standard: Custom quote
- SKU count verification: Included
Kitting, Bundles & Campaign Support
- Kitting / bundling: $0.75 – $2.00 per kit
- PR / influencer boxes: $3 – $8 per box
- Subscription box assembly: Custom quote
- Marketing insert placement: $0.20-$0.50 each
Returns Processing
✅ Return processing (receive + log): $3 – $6 per item
- Inspection + restock: $2 – $4 per item
- Disposal / quarantine: $1 – $3 per item
Marketplace & Placement Shipping (Add-On)
